Conférence Internationale d’Histoire et des Cultures de l’Alimentation

Université de François-Rabelais

Silvia A. Conca Messina will take part in the “Second International Conference on Food History and Food Studies” (26-27 May 2016 - Université François-Rabelais, Tours, France) organised by the IEHCA (Institut Européen d’Histoire et des Cultures de l’Alimentation) in partnership with the University of François-Rabelais and the Equipe Alimentation (LÉA). The presentation (with Claudio Besana) will focus on The promotion of quality in Italian charcuterie from 1945.
