Silvia A. Conca Messina is participating in the First International Conference on Food History and Food Studies organised by IHECA (Institute Européen d’Histoire et des Cultures de l’Alimentation),  where she co-organises the sessions on The cheese industry in France and Italy: an economic and territorial comparison (1870-2000). The paper she will discuss is intitled “Family business in Lombardy dairy sector (late 19th- early 20th centuries)“. Tours (France), 26-27 March 2015.
